The JÖRG Tube Forming Line 4960 produces fully automatic Insulation tubes of 1000mm wide coil

The machine is made out of:

  • Coil carrier for coils up to 1000 kg
  • Straightening unit for feeding and levelling the uncoiled sheet material
  • Punching unit for punching ø3,3 mm holes of max 10 holes in one row, overlap can be set on the machine controller, conical or cylindrical punching. The full set row of punches is punched in 1 stroke this increases the line speed drastically. Longitudinal adjustment of the holes can easy be set mechanically.
  • Roller shear incl. 2 swaging units for longitudinal swages R=2,5. Depth of the swages can simply be pre-set manually. The swaging unit can be manually turned off or on. Ball screw drive for high precision and speed.
  • Tube roller with swaging rolls on both sides, for rolling the tube to the set diameter incl. swaging of the transverse beading on opposite tube edges. The diameter has to be set manually. Dept of the swages is easy to adjust. The machine is included 5 double sets if swaging rolls for duplex tube operation, they rolls split into two parts are easy to change, V4, V5, V7, V8 and flat rolls. As the rolls can also be set inverted a so called retracted beading up to 50mm out of the edge can be made. Minimum tube diameter = ø 95 mm.
  • Machine controller, operation via easy programmable Siemens Touch Screen integrated in machine controller cabinet on the machine side.

A most productive machine, flexible and compact machine for uncoiling, straightening, punching, swaging, cutting and bending of Insulation tubing. It’s also possible to cut flat blanks with or without punched holes.

  • Longitudinal seams 1 or 2 can be set manual, Longitudinal seams are formed during cutting.
  • Straightener with 2 rubberized feeding rolls and 4 straightening rolls.
  • Length measuring with wheel and encoder
  • Easy programmable by Siemen Touch screen.
  • Machine can be moved easily by pallet truck or fork lift.
