Description
The JÖRG Roll bending machine 5610 is efficient for bending and forming insulation tubes from already cut to size and punched plates in which a longitudinal seam has already been made. The machine can also be used for bending segment, covers and other common bending jobs.
The sheet can be easily fed into the bending unit, during bending the radial beadings are formed in the tubing. The bending unit has 3 drive rolls The back bending roll is rubber coated to prevent slipping of the material (also at small diameters). Via a handwheel on the frontside the bending roll can be set to form the needed tube diameter. Via an integrated dial the setting of the bending roll can be read out. On the handwheels for setting the dept of the beading rolls is also a digital read out. After bending the formed tube can be easily removed out of the machine.
This machine drastically reduces the production time of insulation tubes compared to conventional machining on a roller and pre-machine.
- After feeding the sheet into the machine no guiding is needed (in relation to swaging machines when guiding the tube is always needed)
- The machine is compact
- Simple adjustment and read out of the swaging rolls for the radial beading
- The swaging rolls are reversable, round swaging with a 50mm overlap is possible
- Adjusting of changing of the beading rolls is simple and easy due to segmented rolls
Standard execution:
- Width adjustable gauges from 984 t/m 1016 mm
- All 3 bending rolls are driven
- The bending roll is rubber coated to prevent slipping of the material
- Adjustable bending roll via handwheel at the operator side
- Foot pedal controlled
- Standard tooling incl. 3 sets rolls, V4, V5 & Flat
