Description

The JÖRG Swaging Machine 5302 is a convenient machine to work with, and of excellent JÖRG quality. The swaging machine features a fully welded steel construction. All parts are carefully crafted. The swaging machine is executed with exceptional stability and reliability. The manually driven upper shaft is adjustable for profile depth, while the lower shaft is axially adjustable for precise alignment of the rollers. The base provides space to store some rollers, ensuring they are always at hand. The rollers of the old JÖRG 5300 type are suitable. Standardly, the 5302 comes with 8 rollers. Optionally, the triangular column is available, providing additional storage options. The machine is equipped with low-maintenance bearings for durability. With the precisely adjustable and hardened stop plate and the ability to add extra rollers, this machine offers a wide range of applications.

The rolls are interchangeble with other swaging machines from JÖRG, types 5300, 5301, 5302, 5305 and 4301. In addition to the standard rollers, various special rollers are available.
