With extensive experience in manufacturing both manual and hydraulic corner notchers, our machines are used in various workshops, including technical services, blacksmith shops, metal and electrical workshops, and educational institutions. JÖRG’s corner notchers are known for their stability, precision, and efficiency, making them ideal production machines for a wide range of applications.
Our different corner notchers
JÖRG Machines’ range of corner notchers includes both the manually operated JÖRG 1020 and the hydraulic JÖRG 1028. These machines are designed to cut a corner of 102 x 102 x 3 mm in a single stroke. The precisely adjustable lower blades ensure burr-free cutting, and the blades themselves are made from high-quality special steel. The adjustable stops allow for both straight and mitre notching. The hydraulic models are especially quiet and energy-efficient, thanks to a hydraulic pump that activates only when the foot pedal is pressed.
We focus on innovation
JÖRG Machines’ corner notchers are exceptionally stable and reliable. The unique blade design, which allows the tip to engage the sheet first, provides several advantages: the sheet is securely held and doesn’t slide, and when cutting small angles, the upper blades only need to move a short distance. This design also makes it easier to see exactly where the blades will start cutting. Large work tables and improved stop guides further enhance the usability and accuracy of these machines.
Custom solutions for you
JÖRG’s corner notchers offer extensive customisation options to meet the specific requirements of different workshops. Customers can choose from various options to tailor the machines to their processes and materials. This includes angle-adjustable stops for more flexibility. The adjustable guides and measuring rulers provide added versatility for both straight and angled cuts, making these machines suitable for a wide range of applications.
Built to last
JÖRG corner notchers are built with durability and reliability in mind. The robust construction of these machines ensures a long service life, even under intensive use. The quality of materials and precision engineering make them capable of withstanding the daily demands of the metalworking industry. Their dependable performance leads to less maintenance, reduced downtime, and increased productivity in your workshop.
